Sarah is originally from AZ and Southern CA. She visited Incline Village many times over the past few years and then, after being stuck in one too many traffic jams she decided to move to Incline Village in 2004. During the past 19 years she has been very active in commercial and residential real estate development and management. She also has a background in accounting, construction planning, construction development, franchise operations and overseeing certain real estate investments and construction projects. Sarah has taken in depth training and received designations for ABR ~ accredited buyer’s representative, SRS ~ seller’s representative specialist, RSPS ~ resort and second home property specialist, RENE ~ Real Estate Negotiations Expert and CRS ~ certified residential specialist. Her personal passions range from animals to the ocean, mountain biking to surfing, to real estate. She is currently a board member for Wylie Animal Rescue Foundation, a local animal rescue. She loves to travel and has been all over from China to New Zealand. She firmly believes that her passionate & honest work ethic, her love to work with people, & her complete dedication to being a full-time Realtor will be a great attribute to the entire Lake Tahoe, Reno & Carson Valley communities.Dave was born and raised in Manchester, NH and moved to North Lake Tahoe in the fall of 1988, where he attended Sierra Nevada College in Incline Village, earning his B.S. Degree in Business Administration. Dave holds both his NV & CA real estate licenses and has been in the real estate business for over 20 years. Dave has proven to be very knowledgeable in the North Lake Tahoe area along with showing great dedication and perseverance in his profession. Aside from being a real estate professional, Dave is a big outdoor enthusiast and enjoys skiing, snowboarding, hiking, mountain biking and any other recreational activity that beautiful Lake Tahoe has to offer.
